 If you have a complaint about the use of the Studielink application, please write to:

You will receive confirmation as soon as your complaint has been received, and the complaint will be investigated. You can expect a response within four weeks.

Please note: you can only submit a complaint about the Studielink application itself. Complaints about matters such as late or non-receipt of DigiD login details, the admission criteria of an institution for higher education, or the lateness or lack of follow up of an enrolment application following a draw procedure, will not be processed.
