I receive the error message ‘Previous education is not unique’ when I try to enter my previous education manually
As soon as you create an account, we contact DUO to provide us with the details of your previous education. Sometimes it takes quite a long time before these details are provided to us, which creates the impression that your previous education is not on record. If you enter the details of your previous education manually while we are receiving these details from DUO, this error message will appear. If you then check under ‘Previous education’ in your dashboard, you will see the details of your previous education that we have received from DUO.
