New students

If you have an official home address in the Netherlands, you must use your DigiD to log in. Apply for a DigiD in plenty of time at www.digid.nl. You should do this at least one month before the deadline to enrol in your study programme to avoid enrolling too late. If you do not have a DigiD, your identity will need to be verified by uploading a scan or photo of your ID in Studielink to create an account. Click here for more information.

Existing students

If you have not used a DigiD to log in before, you should set up a DigiD for your account to avoid problems like a forgotten Studielink user name and/or password. Go to the Studielink Q&A for the step-by-step plan (Logging into Studielink > Logging in using a DigiD > How can I set up a DigiD for my account).
